Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is my mother. She had great aspirations of becoming a nurse practitioner and owning her own chain of clinics. Due to her mother dying at a young age, she did not have motivation or parenting to get anything past her licensed practical nursing license, in which I think she just got the license as because she had a family to raise. With this inspiration I would like to become a cardiovascular surgeon or an orthopedic surgeon and later owning my own chain of clinics.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by making lots of goals and making them clear, specific, and not to large to accomplish. I also reward myself base on success in said goals. Another thing I do to stay motivated is connect everything to something bigger. For example better grades in school allow me to graduate and get to my career. One last thing I do to stay motivated is accept off days. I know that everyday is not a 100% day and I don’t want to give mediocre work so that would in turn into a off day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

First, I would use the $25,000 to pay for my college tuition, reducing the financial burden of my education. Next, I would help my mother with her bills to give back for everything she has done for me and my four siblings, especially the sacrifices she has made for our education. After taking care of these responsibilities, I would invest the remaining money to grow it over time. This would help support my future plans of attending medical school, owning clinics, and becoming an entrepreneur.
