Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My grandfather is my greatest inspiration in business. He believed in ownership, legacy, and creating opportunities for future generations. Through real estate, he showed our family the power of building wealth through property and long term investments. His example inspired me to pursue entrepreneurship and real estate so I can continue that legacy, create housing opportunities, and build generational wealth for my children and community.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by my children and the responsibility I feel to build a legacy they can be proud of. As a mother, veteran, and entrepreneur, I want them to see what resilience, faith, and hard work look like. I remind myself that every challenge I overcome is opening doors not only for my family but also for other veterans and families who need opportunities through housing and business ownership.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into growing my company, Faith Flip Properties, to expand real estate development and housing opportunities for families and veterans. The funds would help with property acquisition, project development, and scaling operations so I can take on larger projects. My goal is to build sustainable housing and create pathways to homeownership while continuing to grow a business that serves my community.
