My inspiration comes from the real impact my business has on people’s lives. One customer called me in tears after struggling with severe hair loss, sharing how my 100% organic haircare products helped restore her hair—and her confidence. That moment reminded that it’s not just about hair; it’s about healing and self-worth. She later referred me to her beautician, leading to my products being carried at Salon Republic, expanding my impact even further.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by my purpose and the journey that led me here. Watching my mother experience hair loss and later regain her confidence through healthier alternatives continues to drive me every day. I’m also passionate about educating people on how to properly care for their hair and make informed, healthier choices. This work goes beyond beauty—it’s about confidence, wellness, and empowerment.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would use it to grow Ell’s Holistic Beauty Bar and reach more people struggling with hair loss and scalp issues. This funding would support marketing, production, and education, allowing us to expand our impact and provide more people with access to clean, plant-based haircare solutions that promote healthy hair and confidence.
