Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business has always been the builders, the scrappy entrepreneurs who start with nothing but an idea, a little courage, and the willingness to work harder than everyone else. The biggest inspiration for me is seeing what happens when good people come together around a mission. When community, opportunity, and hard work collide, incredible things happen.

How do you stay motivated?

Entrepreneurship is hard. There are plenty of long days, setbacks, and moments where things don’t go as planned. But knowing that the work can create opportunity for others makes it worth it every single time. 0-1, 1-10 is where ab-nd when I am at my best. This is motivation in action.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The funding would go toward expanding community-driven hiring and supporting founder and tech events that bring builders together to collaborate, learn, and launch new ideas. Entrepreneurship changed my life. If this investment helps even a few more people find their path, start a company, or land the job that changes their future, that’s real impact.
