How do you stay motivated?

Even on the hardest days, remembering the impact I can make and the lives I can help transform keeps me focused and driven. I see my purpose is bigger than any obstacle. I stay motivated by remembering why I started. Living with polio and being paralyzed from the waist down has taught me that limitations do not define destiny, and every challenge is an opportunity to rise stronger. My faith in God grounds me, reminding me that I am not my disability.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Every dollar would be used to turn #TempleWellness62 into a movement that not only changes lives but also creates empowerment, and wellness for women who seek change. I were awarded I would invest it into expanding #TempleWellness62 to reach more women who need holistic health and wellness support. Develop life coaching programs, resources and tools to help women of color prioritize their mental, emotional, and physical well-being, and expanding my digital platform to offer more virtually.
