My inspiration in business comes from African culture and the elegance of traditional Boubou fashion. I want to showcase the beauty of African fashion in everyday American style. Bringing traditional Boubou into modern wardrobes with stylish, easy to wear pieces. My curated designs are modern and one size which creates a blend of traditional fashion with modern convenience while inspiring women to feel confident and graceful through timeless African fashion.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by my vision of building a fashion brand that celebrates and empowers women through style. Seeing people appreciate African-inspired fashion and knowing my brand can represent culture in a modern way keeps me driven to continue growing. Furthermore, my long term goal is to grow my Boubou brand into a recognized fashion label that highlights African elegance on a global level. I want to expand the brand, introduce new styles and make modern Boubou fashion widely accessible.

If I receive the $25,000, I would invest it into expanding my Boubou fashion brand and create more opportunities to share African-inspired fashion with a wider audience.
