Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration began with the man who taught me everything there was to know about this trade. He saw potential in me before I knew what I was capable of. I was 22 when I began. Now, Im 29, about to turn 30, and I’m driven by the woman Ive become as a result of the journey. As a single mother building a business from home, Im inspired by growth, resilience, and the dedication I have to build a life on a solid foundation... showing my daughter anything is possible.

How do you stay motivated?

SeeI’m motivated by the younger me, the future me, and the mini me, who’s hand I hold as I build the life that I see 🙏🏽 Motivation isn't a guarantee, it fluctuates like the rising tides of the sea; 🌊 but discipline and structure is vital, and this I am practicing daily.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use this funding entirely for expansion. A bigger shop. A full-size cutting table. Space to store furniture and inventory. This way, i increase my capacity and meet the demands of my surrounding community. I would hire employees, to provide more opportunities, and expand from Furniture Restoration to TOTAL Restoration, of spaces, health, people, and beyond. 💯 And finally, I would use the funding to invest in assets in need of restoration and flip as a way to multiply. 🙏🏽
