How do you stay motivated?I align my daily actions with a deeper purpose, prioritize constant learning, and focus on measurable player growth. I connect my why, professional development and innovation, being a disciple of Jesus Christ.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in a state-of-the-art facility with training equipment and facility upgrades that will allow us to provide a better training experience for our athletes. With improved resources, we can enhance skill development and performance. I would use the funds to create advanced training camps and workshops that focus on mental performance and leadership skills. These programs not only develop athletic skills but also build character and life skills.
