Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from the urgent need to solve environmental and social challenges. Seeing plastic pollution harming our oceans while waste collectors struggle for basic services motivates me to build solutions that turn waste into opportunity, protect the environment, and improve people’s lives.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the real world impact of my work, seeing communities empowered, waste transformed into useful materials, and the environment protected reminds me that every action counts. The combination of solving environmental challenges and improving lives keeps me driven every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

We will use the $25,000 to scale our “Garbage Medical Insurance” model, enabling low-income households to exchange plastic waste for health coverage, medicines, and clinical care. The funds will expand community enrollment, strengthen waste collection systems, and support partnerships with local health facilities, improving healthcare access, reducing pollution, and creating green jobs while advancing a circular economy.
