Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my passion to help people resolve conflicts peacefully and fairly without going to court. As a mediator, arbitrator, conflict management coach and paralegal, I am driven to create a space where individuals from diverse backgrounds can access justice, feel heard and find practical solutions to their disputes. I am inspired to empower clients to move from conflict and uncertainity toward clarity, resolution, and stronger relation.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated as an ADR professional by focusing on the positive impact my work has on people's lives. Helping individuals resolve disputes peacefully and avoid costly court cost, regain control of difficult situations, and reach fair outcome reminds me why this work matters. I am also motivated by continuous learning, professional growth, and my commitment to expanding accessible conflict resolution services for diverse communities.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would invest in essential tools and infrastructure to strengthen and expand my practice. These investment would improve client experience, operational efficiency, and professional service delivery. Items would be: CRM, Office Space, Computer/Laptop, Printer/Scanner, file Cabinet, Conference Table for mediation/arbitration and Office Software/Technology.
