My inspiration comes from entrepreneurs who build opportunity from nothing. Growing up without many resources, I learned the value of resilience and hard work. My children also inspire me to build something meaningful that creates stability for my family and opportunities for others. Real Time Logistics is about proving that with vision, technology, and determination, anyone can build something impactful.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. I want to build a company that creates opportunity, not just income. Every challenge teaches me something that strengthens my business. I focus on progress, learning, and building systems that help carriers and dealerships succeed. My motivation comes from knowing that Real Time Logistics can grow into something bigger than me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funding into building the operational foundation of Real Time Logistics. This includes dispatch software, carrier onboarding systems, marketing to recruit drivers, and developing partnerships with dealerships that need reliable vehicle transportation. The funding would accelerate growth, allowing me to scale responsibly while creating opportunities for independent carriers.
