My inspiration in business is rooted in purpose more than a person. While I admire leaders like Oprah Winfrey for building a platform that transforms lives, my true inspiration comes from the people I am called to serve every day. How do you stay motivated?

God and my husband mainly. You have to have a good support system to help you through the tough days when things does not go as planned. Staying motivated isn’t about always feeling inspired—it’s about building a system that keeps you moving even when the feeling isn’t there. Motivation comes and goes, but discipline, purpose, and structure carries me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would: 1. Upgrade my website plus sales funnel 2.Create an online course or coaching program 3. Marketing/ads to reach a larger audience 4. Hire help (virtual assistant, marketing support) 5. Pay off debt
