Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The What is simple, success. Success brings money and then I can provide for my brother and sister, so I can have my friends and their kids at my place for holidays and I also believe in corporate donation responsibility, to give back to the world and leave it in a better position than before. The Who is to make my Grandfather eternally proud. He always believed and never criticised my business decisions, he asked questions to understand and just told me, 'well get to work'.

How do you stay motivated?

Motivation is fleeting, I use perspective instead. Perspective allows me to view how far I have come, the successes I have had and to not get bogged down by a bad day, week or month. When you continue to look forward, and not feel swamped with what you have about you, that in turn continues to fuel the motivation that gets you out of bed and back into the grind!

What would you do with the $25,000?

That allows breathing room, pays some bills and the rest would be put to marketing, food and wine festivals and continue to bring awareness and growth to the brand.
