How do you stay motivated?

Impact keeps me motivated. I live by the principle, “be who you needed.” When I see young girls realize they can start businesses, grow confident in who they are, lead boldly, and design their own future, it reminds me why this work matters. Entrepreneurship and leadership aren’t easy, but teaching systems that open lifelong opportunities—and even generational wealth—keeps me focused and moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would expand the reach of Girls INSPIRE. The funding would support marketing efforts, the development of an online grant toolkit, and resources that help schools access capital—not just for Girls INSPIRE, but for other programs that bring economic opportunity into communities. I would also invest in refining our journal assessment platform, a tool designed to help women and leaders understand their personal growth journey and build systems that turn self-discovery into impact and opportu
