Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from resilient, community-minded entrepreneurs—especially women who build sustainable businesses while creating access for others. I’m inspired by leaders who turn lived experience into systems change, prioritize integrity over hype, and prove you can grow profitably without exploiting people.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by staying connected to my purpose and the people I’m building for. I set clear weekly goals, track small wins, and keep momentum through consistent routines. When things get hard, I revisit my “why” factors, take breaks to reset, find cool artists and producers to show love to, and lean on music, quiet focus, and community support.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, Teazer Network would launch the Creative Hub pilot and build the first version of the Teazer Network App. Funds would secure short-term studio access, essential lighting/audio/backdrop gear, insurance and permits, and marketing to drive bookings. We’d also develop an MVP app for booking, onboarding, and worker-first contracts/usage rights—creating safer, clearer paid opportunities for underrepresented creatives.
