My inspiration comes from small coffee producers in Peru who work tirelessly to cultivate exceptional coffee yet often lack access to global markets. Their resilience motivates me to build fair and transparent trade connections that create real opportunities for farming communities while delivering high-quality products to international buyers.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering that entrepreneurship is not only about building a business, but about creating impact. Every step forward means more opportunities for small producers and stronger bridges between local communities and global markets. That purpose keeps me focused, resilient, and committed to long-term change.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 in building stronger supply chains between small Peruvian coffee and cacao producers and international buyers. The funds would support training, quality control, and export readiness, helping farming communities increase income while bringing traceable, high-quality products to global markets.
