Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my personal journey of healing, resilience, and reclaiming my self-worth. After overcoming challenges that tested my confidence, I chose to rebuild and create something meaningful. BoujeezSteps was born from that transformation. I’m inspired by women who refuse to give up, who turn pain into purpose, and who boldly step into their power. My mission is to help other women feel confident, worthy, and unstoppable.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering my purpose and the journey that brought me here. Building BoujeezSteps is bigger than selling shoes—it’s about helping women feel confident and walk in their worth. Every challenge reminds me why I started. I’m also motivated by growth, the women I inspire, and the vision of creating a brand that empowers others. Knowing my story can uplift someone else keeps me pushing forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would invest in scaling BoujeezSteps Boutique by expanding inventory, improving our e-commerce platform, and increasing marketing to reach more women. I would also invest in live shopping technology and brand visibility to grow our presence on shopping networks. This funding would help us create more opportunities to empower women through fashion while building a stronger, sustainable brand.
