Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am inspired by the growth mentally and physically of the athletes that come to my gym. Working with my staff as a unit that strives for the best we can be. I am inspired by my athletes and the dedication they have to learn and just be. To prove to myself I am capable , I can do this, my programs are worthy. My mom who had many struggles in life and has proven anything is possible.

How do you stay motivated?

Running a business—especially a new gymnastics club—can be mentally exhausting. My recreational numbers are lower than I need and finances feel tight, motivation naturally dips. The key isn’t constant motivation; it’s building systems and perspectives that keep me moving forward when I feel down. When I am stressed I remember why I started my gym , how it has impacted the community , Every day I walk into my gym I look around and I am grateful for what I have built.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Winning $25,000 could be a powerful boost for my 2.5-year-old gymnastics club, especially since I am still in the phase where brand awareness and enrolment are growing. Should I win 25,000 I would spend it on things that would directly help increase registrations and stabilize cash flow, not just general expenses. For example run target ads on Facebook & Instagram. Promote our free trial class. Do some video content ads.
