Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from the desire to build something meaningful that benefits both my family and my community. I am inspired by hardworking entrepreneurs who start with limited resources but succeed through persistence, integrity, and dedication. Seeing small business owners grow their companies while creating jobs and opportunities motivates me to do the same. I am especially inspired by people who use their businesses to make a positive impact in their communities.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on my long-term vision of building a successful business that supports my family and positively impacts my community. Every project I complete reminds me why I started to provide quality work and create opportunities for growth. Challenges motivate me to keep learning, improving my skills, and pushing forward toward my goals.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would invest in essential equipment, tools, and materials to expand my construction services and take on larger projects. I would also incorporate landscaping elements such as trees and plants when possible to help improve neighborhood environments. I am committed to incorporating environmentally responsible practices, such as adding trees, plants, and green spaces whenever possible, to help create healthier, more beautiful communities.
