Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the pursuit of impact and legacy. I stay motivated by staying connected to my purpose and the impact I’m building. I set clear goals, track progress, and remind myself that consistency creates results. Even on difficult days, I focus on the bigger vision—building something that creates lasting change. Discipline, growth, and a commitment to showing up every day keep me moving forward, regardless of challenges.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding my programs by strengthening infrastructure, enhancing curriculum, and increasing access for underserved youth and reentry populations. Funding would support program materials, outreach, and capacity-building to serve more individuals effectively. This investment would allow me to scale proven solutions, deepen impact, and create sustainable pathways for long-term success and community transformation.
