Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I was initially inspired by a family member, operating as an independent contractor. He showed me the ropes. I started from the bottom, literally, as a laborer. Loading, unloading and sweeping up afterwards. Then moved onto switches, outlets and fixture upgrades. Once I became confident in my ability to complete, I went into business for myself!

How do you stay motivated?

My family! My beautiful wife and kids are the center of my ambitions on a daily basis. Assuring they are taken care of is the common goal, but being able to manage my time by setting my own schedule is the ultimate flex!

What would you do with the $25,000?

Reinvest it back into myself and the business. Secure a top tier work truck. Turn my marketing on high and hire more part time assistance. This will aid in re-establishing my apprenticeship program to bring more young guys up into the field with hands on training and daily pay!
