My entrepreneurial journey was inspired by my son, who has ASD. As a single father, I made it my mission to connect with resources that would help him thrive and live a meaningful life. That commitment evolved into building solutions designed to support not only my son, but families navigating similar challenges.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by purpose and responsibility. As a father to a son with ASD, I’m constantly reminded that building meaningful solutions can change lives. Knowing that my work can open doors for my son and other families facing similar challenges keeps me focused and driven.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding a practitioner development division within my practice that provides stipends and training opportunities for aspiring mental health practitioners. The goal is to reduce barriers to entry, support professional growth, and strengthen the pipeline of culturally competent clinicians serving our communities.
