My inspiration in business comes from my creativity and passion for formulating products with purpose. The people I serve motivate me even more. Hearing clients say something I created worked for them pushes me to keep innovating and thinking outside the box. My children are also a huge inspiration. I want them to see that with dedication, hard work, and belief in yourself, you can build something meaningful and achieve your dreams.

I approach every formula with intention, carefully selecting ingredients and creating products the right way. Seeing the potential of the brand and the impact it can have keeps me focused. That long-term vision, along with my drive to build something meaningful and lasting, pushes me to keep moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into growing Luscious Beauty by Courtney the right way. First, I’d fund professional product and stability testing so my formulas meet industry standards. Next, I’d secure trademarks for my debut product names. I’d put funds toward small-scale production to prepare for retail opportunities, upgrade to a larger lab space, purchase professional equipment, and hire help for clerical work and managing my online presence and marketing.
