My inspiration comes from my community and the people who often struggle to access quality healthcare. I’m driven by the belief that everyone deserves dignity, compassion, and convenience in their care. My journey, my children, and my faith push me to build solutions that remove barriers and bring healthcare directly to those who need it most.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started: to make healthcare more accessible and compassionate. Every client I serve, every barrier I help remove, and every life I impact fuels me. My faith, my purpose, and my commitment to excellence keep me focused, even on the hard days. I know the work I’m doing matters, and that keeps me moving forward

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to expand AccuraLab Solutions mobile diagnostic services, invest in equipment, enhance community outreach, and increase access for underserved populations. This funding would accelerate our mission to bring high‑quality, compassionate healthcare directly to homes, workplaces, and communities across Memphis.
