Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The world is suffering from the untimely and preventable death of businesses. In several of my leadership roles (CEO of $7 Billion organization, GM of a national development bank's microfinance portfolio, VP of a national microfinance enterprise) I witnessed the "death" of numerous banks, credit unions, microfinance institutions, and hundreds of other companies. This MUST STOP. I'm here to play my part in ending this global crisis of business failure, by unique business development.

How do you stay motivated?

Each day I get to work through hundreds of business coaches that I coach to help likely over 10,000+ business owners, over the past 5-8 years, to strengthen and grow. This is a major source of inspiration. However, I am also in the process of doing much more: I am working to create a new industry in business with a new, well-tested (through my coaches) business model and system. This goal, on which I work daily, is a channel for my natural motivation to express itself.

What would you do with the $25,000?

When you have an audacious goal to build a new industry, from the ground up, every dollar will be important. $25K is not $25K. It is an indicator that suggests to potential supporters that this in a global mission worth supporting. $25K becomes an ignition that could start a multiple 7-figure engine, such a streamlining elements of a our proprietary tech platform that will first help to strengthen elements of the financial services sector, and then branch out into other industries.
