Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by community—the impact of bringing people together and building something bigger than myself. My family and my team fuel me every day. I’m driven by creating opportunities, supporting others, and building spaces where people feel seen, valued, and connected. Making a real difference in people’s lives is what pushes me to keep going.

How do you stay motivated?

My family motivates me every single day. They push me to work harder, dream bigger, and constantly strive to be a better human being. I want them to see that determination, compassion, and perseverance can turn challenges into opportunities and create something meaningful for others.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000, I would invest it directly back into my business—upgrading equipment, improving efficiency, and creating more opportunities for my team. I would also use a portion to reduce existing debt, allowing me to grow in a more sustainable way. Most importantly, it would help me continue building a business that supports my employees and gives back to the community that supports me.
