Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am a Master Groomer and I truly love my job. I find inspiration in the art and creative aspect of my work and even more inspiration in the reactions of their owners. It is how I express my artistic abilities. However, I also find therapy in the time spent with my clients during their spa day. With lavender and Enya setting an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, it is an important sense of responsibility to make sure every pet has a relaxing experience of beautification.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the love of Jesus Christ and the gratitude I feel for all of the opportunities that have opened up to us since the tragedy we experienced. I feel a need to succeed and to set a good example for my boys. It's important for them to learn good work ethics and how to build working relationships. I tell them every day that positive things happen to positive people and every day I wake up to be a better person than the day before.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I had $25000, I would put a portion into the boys' college accounts, pay off my $3000 debt (loaned to me by family for my business venture), donate to the church, put some in savings, then invest the rest into expanding my business.
