Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my community and the resilience of Indigenous people who continue to build and lead despite systemic barriers. I’m inspired by leaders who use business as a tool for empowerment, economic sovereignty, and generational wealth. Seeing entrepreneurs gain confidence in their finances and create sustainable businesses motivates me to continue building opportunities that strengthen Indigenous economies.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on impact. When individuals learn to manage their finances, start businesses, and build wealth for their families, it creates lasting change in communities. My motivation comes from knowing that financial knowledge can break cycles of poverty and open doors for future generations. I also stay committed through continuous learning, mentorship, and surrounding myself with people who believe in economic empowerment.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 to establish the first on-reserve financial management and investment hub by creating a tiny home office within the community. This space would provide accessible, culturally relevant financial education, investment guidance, and business financial support for Indigenous individuals and entrepreneurs. My goal is to help families build generational wealth, overcome cycles of poverty, and strengthen the local economy by making financial knowledge and wealth-building tool
