Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the brilliant, high-capacity founders and community leaders I work with every day. They have world-changing visions but are often the most underserved and under-resourced. They are the reason I do this work. My goal is to build the support structures they deserve, so their vision doesn't just survive, but thrives. It's for the person with a sticky note full of dreams and the community waiting for those dreams to become real.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation is the moment a founder sees the path forward. It's the sigh of relief when overwhelm is replaced by a clear, actionable sequence. I work with brilliant people who are often on the verge of burnout, and helping them build a sustainable structure for their vision is what drives me. Seeing them win, launch the program, get the funding, hire their first employee, is the ultimate reward. It's proof that with the right support, good ideas don't have to die on the vine.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 is an investment in sustainability and scale. It will allow me to build the operational capacity to serve more founders, codify my frameworks into the Capacity Recovery Lab membership, and create a repeatable model for community partnership.
