Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration came as a young ' colored girl ' growing up on a farm in VIrginia on a dirt road . I saw the world before I knew there was world . I Became a Global ' Catalyst and Changemaker'. I became a chain- breaker in my family to want the ' Best and Not Settle for Less". I wanted to help everyone who crosses the Path of Phoebe, the name given to me in a divine vision. My goal, joy and purpose is to help business owners achieve their fullest potential through Phoebe Global .

How do you stay motivated?

My Joy is in the present and I know that as long as I have breathe , I have ' work to do" . I have a divine purpose that keeps me motivated. The simple Joy that I have when I see my clients , students that I have trained come back to me after many years saying "Phoebe , you have been ' in my 'ear' in implementing what they learned from me reminds me that I am where I am for ' such a time as this ". We created Phoebe Shark Tank in Washington, DC in 2015 and now we are global.

What would you do with the $25,000?

$15,000 will be used to build a virtual platform to provide operational systems and staff salaries to launch 100 global chapters of She Phoebe Global. These chapters will coach and train 250,000 enterpreneurs in the initial two years , $10,000 will be spent on computers . software and Ai tech tools to maximize the efficiency and productivity of our team. This will allow us to build a legacy of She Phoebe Global through growth and sustainability. We Do Business to Do Good.
