Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the healthcare workers and workplace professionals silently carrying chronic stress and burnout. After experiencing severe burnout myself, I realized how many high performers are running on empty. Leaving them with nothing to foster a healthy work-life balance. Building a business that helps people regulate their nervous systems, think clearly, and reconnect with themselves feels deeply personal and purposeful.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. Burnout nearly ended my life, falling asleep behind the wheel after long 12 hour overnight shifts. I know millions of professionals are feeling similar if not the same pressure. Every time someone leaves one of my sessions feeling calmer, clearer, or more hopeful, it reminds me that this work matters. Helping people reclaim their well-being keeps me moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funding into expanding AMRA LIGHT’s workplace wellness programs so more organizations can access evidence-informed stress regulation tools. The grant would support program development, supporting team members, marketing outreach, and additional sound therapy equipment to serve larger groups. My goal is to bring scalable, science-backed nervous system regulation experiences to workplaces where burnout is highest.
