Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from 29 years working as a painting contractor. I’ve seen how hard tradespeople work and the challenges they face every day. That experience pushed me to build my own business and create better solutions for the trade. I developed the Pro Holster to make painting safer and more efficient for people on ladders. My goal is to serve my community, support hardworking tradespeople, and prove that perseverance and real experience can turn an idea into something meaningful

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. After 29 years in the painting trade, I know how important hard work and perseverance are. Even during slow seasons and challenges, I keep pushing forward because I believe in my business, my invention, and the future I’m building. My motivation comes from wanting to create something better for my family, my community, and other tradespeople who work hard every day. Every setback just pushes me to work harder and keep moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win the $25,000, I will use it to begin manufacturing my invention, the Pro Holster. It’s a tool designed to help professional painters work safer and more efficiently on ladders. After 29 years in the trade, I created it from real experience in the field. This funding would help bring the product to market, support American tradespeople, and allow me to grow my small business while creating a tool that helps others work smarter and safer.
