Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my life journey and the entrepreneurs I serve. Growing up in poverty in a household of nine taught me resilience, faith, and determination. Today, I’m inspired by the small business owners and nonprofits who trust The Roberts Consulting Firm to help them grow. Their courage to pursue opportunity fuels my mission to break barriers, build sustainable businesses, and create pathways for others to succeed.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on purpose and impact. Seeing entrepreneurs and nonprofits grow through the guidance of The Roberts Consulting Firm reminds me that the work we do creates real change. I’m also driven by my journey; overcoming adversity and proving that where you start doesn’t define where you can go. Each success story from a client fuels my commitment to keep building opportunities for others.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If selected, I would invest the $25,000 to expand the impact of The Roberts Consulting Firm by developing educational programs, tools, and resources that help entrepreneurs and nonprofits build strong financial foundations. The funds would support technology upgrades, digital training courses, and community workshops focused on business growth, financial literacy, and access to capital, allowing us to reach and empower even more small business owners.
