Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business is Dr. Robert Murphy, my uncle. My Uncle Bobby represents resilience, strength and the power of not giving up. Dr. Murphy inspires me through his leadership, vision, and commitment to education and community impact. His hard work, shows me what it means to lead with purpose and create opportunities for others. I have learned business is not just a way to succeed personally, but as a responsibility to uplift others and build something that truly changes lives.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering my WHY. This is bigger than me. Every time I think about the youth we serve, the ones who need guidance, structure, and someone to believe in them-I find my strength again. I also stay grounded in faith, trusting that this vision was placed on my heart for a reason. Moments of pressure or uncertainty, I remind myself that I am building something that will impact generations. I have found motivation comes and goes but my passion keeps me consistent.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With 25,000, I would strategically invest in building a strong and sustainable foundation for Rebounds Sports LLC to expand my reach and impact. I would secure a facility to run consistent programming. Provide uniforms, equipment and resources for youths who may not otherwise have the opportunity. Develop a structured mentorship curriculum and leadership workshops.
