I stay motivated by the "Professional Transformation." Seeing a young person sign their first confidentiality agreement, master "Street Literacy," and take ownership of their self-esteem is my primary metric for success. My drive comes from the 15% youth unemployment rate in Alberta; it’s a call to action. I will scale my Job Placement Engine to provide 20 paid positions for youth, focusing on manufacturing management and event leadership. These funds will formalize our Entrepreneurial Mentorship Lab, providing the infrastructure to train youth in professional ethics, confidentiality, and bilingual operations. I will invest in the DKIN "Living Lab" equipment to increase our manufacturing capacity, ensuring our program remains a sustainable launchpad for youth career placement.
