Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Entrepreneurs who inspire me are builders who create systems and opportunities. John Hope Bryant for economic empowerment, Daymond John for building a global brand from nothing, and Lonnie Johnson for engineering innovation. I also respect voices like Donnie Wiggins and David Shands for their insights on ownership and execution. Steve Harvey’s resilience and reinvention remind me to stay disciplined and keep building through adversity.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the vision I have for my life and my family. I believe life is short, so I focus on the things I want to build and accomplish while I’m here. I don’t quit. My motivation comes from creating something meaningful, building wealth, and leaving a foundation that future generations of my family can grow from.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If Forward Health Management had $25,000, we would deploy it strategically to reach the first 50 sales. Funds would support small-batch manufacturing, surgeon outreach and demo units, professional content production, legal/compliance review, and securing patents and trademarks. The goal is proving the model through surgeon partnerships and patient adoption. At $2,000 per system, 50 units equals $100,000 revenue and validates the business for scalable growth.
