How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by responsibility and purpose. I’m a father of six and a lifelong entrepreneur, so building something meaningful is personal. Every day I get to help founders clarify their message, step into leadership, and share ideas that move people. Seeing someone gain confidence in their voice and use their platform to help others reminds me why the work matters and keeps me focused through the hard parts of entrepreneurship.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest into expanding the infrastructure of my creative agency, Planet Ü. We help founders clarify their message and amplify impact through storytelling, photography, and video and the systems that make it all work. The funding would support production equipment, content development, and marketing systems so we can reach more purpose-driven entrepreneurs and help them communicate ideas that create positive ripple effects globally.
