Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am inspired to replace the typical 'Company A' model that uses AI purely for headcount reduction; with the 'Company B' reality: where AI is a force multiplier for human potential. I am driven to restructure the base layer of education to build an AI-resilient workforce that protects and elevates human judgment. GradHat is my answer to the uncertainty of automation, ensuring every professional has a data-driven pathway to lead the future of work rather than being displaced by it.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by watching the shift in how people see their own future. It’s one thing to talk about AI risk; it’s another to show someone exactly how to outpace it. When we take a student who feels like 'Company A' (replaceable) and give them the tools to be 'Company B' (indispensable), their whole demeanor changes. Knowing GradHat is the difference between someone being replaced by a machine and someone leading the industry keeps me going every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

This $25,000 will be a catalyst for five high-impact pilots to validate our Artificial Intelligence Occupational Exposure (AIOE) framework. These partnerships will provide the data needed to refine the 'Company B' resilience model. Second, I’ll invest in the technical development of our proprietary AI tutoring kernel. This ensures that as we scale, every student receives a personalized, agentic experience that keeps them indispensable rather than being displaced by 'Company A' automation.
