Within the first couple years that company wanted to relocate me to grow their company. I thought it was a good time to grow my own company so off I went. Twenty five years later we are constantly chosen as 1st place an the local people's choice. We are the only local family owned and operated pest company in the area, Local service, Local knowledge, Local support.
How do you stay motivated?We stay motivated as the local expert that answers the phone, can provide same day service, don't require long term contracts and have a no pressure approach.
What would you do with the $25,000?That's simple, I would use the $25,000 to grow my business and prepare to hand it off to my children who have been working with us for 20 years.
