How do you stay motivated?

My motivation is fueled by my faith and the faces of the next generation. As a mentor for Ignite Schuylkill, I see the fire in high school entrepreneurs. I am driven to build a Hamburg that people don't want to leave, a thriving town where they can build their own legacies. Staying motivated means waking up at 4 AM to protect my "Genius Zone," ensuring I have the spiritual and mental clarity to serve my 10+ clients, my two daughters, and my community with excellence every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25k will be the "Impact Accelerator" for Hamburg. I will invest in three pillars: 1. Launching a "Visit Hamburg" digital infrastructure to drive regional tourism. 2. Scaling my "Downtown" mockuseries to feature 20+ more businesses, giving them a 500k-listener megaphone. 3.
