Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the people who are often overlooked—the ones who fall through the cracks of the healthcare system. After nearly 30 years in nursing, I’ve witnessed both the gaps and the possibilities. That fuels me to build businesses that don’t just succeed financially, but truly transform lives. For me, impact is the real currency.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering that someone’s breakthrough is on the other side of my consistency. My work is bigger than me—it’s about legacy, service, and showing others what’s possible. Even on challenging days, I stay grounded in purpose, knowing that every step forward creates access, healing, and opportunity for someone else.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to expand DAB Health Innovations into a mobile and community-based wellness hub—bringing screenings, education, and preventive care directly to underserved populations. This investment would allow me to scale access, launch impactful programs, and create sustainable change where it’s needed most
