Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from resilience. I built my business during one of the hardest seasons of my life, and I’m driven by the belief that adversity can become opportunity. I’m inspired by leaders who build with integrity, create jobs, and uplift their communities. Most of all, I’m inspired by the responsibility I carry - to lead well, provide stability for my team, and make a lasting impact beyond profit.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by purpose, not pressure. I remember where I started - struggling, uncertain, determined - and I refuse to waste the growth that came from those seasons. I set clear goals, track progress, and surround myself with accountability. My team and my community depend on my leadership, and that responsibility fuels consistency even on the hard days.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would reinvest it directly into sustainable growth. Expanding operations, upgrading equipment, and strengthening marketing systems to create more stable jobs and reach more families. A portion would also support our community initiatives, including support for nonprofit organizations and complimentary cleanings for individuals facing hardship. The goal isn’t just revenue, it’s building a business that creates impact and opportunity long term.
