Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from entrepreneurs who build more than companies, they build people. I’m inspired by leaders who create opportunities, develop others, and turn businesses into platforms for growth and impact. As a broker and business owner, I’m motivated by the chance to help others succeed, build careers, and create opportunities that extend beyond one transaction and into long-term generational impact.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering that business is about more than personal success, it’s about responsibility and impact. Every day I have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and create opportunities for others to grow. That responsibility drives me to keep improving, stay disciplined, and continue building systems and businesses that can outlast me and benefit the people around me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win the $25,000, I would invest it in systems and training to develop the next generation of real estate professionals while creating opportunities for families striving to achieve the American dream. I would also support local initiatives that help feed families in need. My goal is to use business as a platform for impact, helping people build careers, create stability, and give back to the communities we serve.
