Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business is the impact I want to create. Growing up in Columbus, I saw how environment can shape someone’s path. That inspires me to build something that shows people—especially kids from the inner city—that success, ownership, and leadership are possible. My inspiration is creating opportunities that I didn’t always see growing up.”

How do you stay motivated?

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to invest in programs that help young people discover their potential and pursue their dreams. That includes mentorship initiatives, resources that connect youth to career opportunities, and creating a scholarship to support students who come from environments where opportunities are limited. My goal is to build pathways that help the next generation believe in what’s possible
