Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the reality I've lived and the youth I serve who are growing up without consistent guidance. I know what's at stake. Being a father made it personal - I can't just talk about change; I have to live it. I built my business to prove that discipline, consistency, and ownership can break cycles and create a different future.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because I've seen what happens when people give up - and I refuse to repeat that story. There's too much on the line. My kids need an example, not excuses, and the youth I work with are paying attention whether I speak or not. So I show up, no matter what. Tired or not. Pressure or not. This isn't motivation - it's responsibility.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to build more than a business - I'd build a system. Expanding Blanks Hauling into a training ground where youth earn, learn, and grow. Equipment, jobs, and mentorship all in one. Not just teaching work ethic but creating ownership and direction. This is about turning opportunity into a pipeline that changes lives, not just for today, but for generations.
