Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from entrepreneurs and my grandmother and grandfather and Mother also who build businesses that create opportunities for others. Leaders like Daymond John have shown how vision, persistence, and discipline can turn an idea into a powerful global brand. I’m also inspired by the artists and creators I work with daily. Helping them develop their talent and turn their passion into real careers fuels my drive as a founder.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the purpose behind what I’m building. Through SleeplessKnightz LLC, known publicly as Sleepness Knightz Talent Agency, we train, develop, and represent emerging talent while creating a culture where everyone is treated like family. Seeing individuals grow from potential to professionals keeps me focused on expanding opportunities and building a supportive platform across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would invest it into expanding Sleepness Knightz Talent Agency by strengthening our talent training programs, marketing, and strategic partnerships within the entertainment industry. This funding would allow us to develop more emerging artists and creators while providing the support, resources, and exposure needed to succeed. Our goal is to continue building opportunities and a community where talent is treated like family across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM.
