How do you stay motivated?

Client feedback keeps me motivated. I am trusted by my clients and that's big in real estate. Every transaction is personal and I treat my clients like I wanted to be treated years ago when I had a bad experience with an experienced agent.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000 I would scale Nomis Homes by securing one or two showing assistants, a transaction coordinator and then investing the remaining amount in some very targeted marketing to luxury clients.
