Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration in business is my family. My husband believed in this vision from the beginning, and my sons, Xavier and Isaiah, remind me daily why it matters. Watching Xavier share Mini Moments of Motivation and seeing Isaiah grow in confidence reinforces that leadership starts at home. They inspire me to build a business that helps others find their voice, lead and believe their story can create real impact.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the pursuit of purpose. Every day I focus on creating, learning, and pushing toward meaningful goals. The challenges I face fuel growth, and the possibility of making a difference keeps me moving forward. Purpose reminds me that progress, even in small steps, is never wasted.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 to expand our reach and impact. This would fund new coaching programs, create more Mini Moments of Motivation content for Xavier, develop books and resources for families, and provide tools to help leaders and kids discover confidence and purpose. The goal is to turn this investment into lasting growth and meaningful opportunities for the next generation.
