Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from a lot of different places and people. My biggest inspiration would have to be my work experience. I have worked in a lot of different fields and with a lot of different managers, after having so many company’s treat their team poorly I wanted to create a welcoming environment that people want to work in and that people don’t feel like they are treated poorly

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation is educating people on the insects we carry and what they do for us, as well as showing my children that you can do anything you put your mind to.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it back into the business for stock, or equipment so my business can be more successful, and be able to travel more places all over Canada to share our knowledge and products in more places. I would also like to be able to do more work with schools and be able to travel to different schools to educate on insects all over the world!
