Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My youngest son is my inspiration. He was caught up in a crime influenced by an older guy in the neighborhood. He was sentenced to 5 years in a juvenile corrections facility until the age of 20. I noticed when he was released, he needed extra support and resources that just wasn't available to him. Because of this, and other factors my son ended up in prison within 2 years of his release. Recidivism can be stopped, I founded Wildheartz Inc. to help bring on this awareness and find solutions.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated knowing there are many many boys like my son. If I can save them or redirect a few of them I would be satisfied. I realize everyone can not or want to be saved, but there are a big number of ones that do want to change and I can help them. I believe there is a small window of opportunity to help these kids and it is very important that we use that time wisely and appropriately, or we lose them. This is what motivates me. What would you do with the $25,000?

I would donate $15,000 of it to my non-profit WILDHEARTZ INC, and use the money for much needed resources for the boys I mentor and help. And I will use the rest of it to buy supplies for our Wildheartz Apparel LLC to help support our cause! Urban street wear designed by our boys!
